2025-03-23 20:44:08 +0000 UTCI just realized that these two episodes are a lot about going out of one’s comfort zone. Dani expands beyond “football is life” due to his experience. Ted clearly isn’t comfortable with therapists, but he’s making an effort with Dr. Sharon to meet her where she’s at. Dr. Sharon clearly likes to keep things professional but she’s letting her guard down a bit. Roy doing the pundit gig. Rebecca choosing to put herself out there for something more than “fine”. And even Jamie and Sam - Jamie has to bring himself lower and Sam will have to rise to the occasion of having Jamie back on the team. Then physically you have Higgins literally uncomfortable not having an office. And maybe even the choice with Nate’s behavior is a way to make the audience uncomfortable, because it’s not what we expected of him after last season. Lots of character growth this season for many of our faves. It’s funny I’ve watched all of these episodes numerous times but that’s the first time I’ve thought of them in this manner.
