They sometimes wrap fish & chips in newspaper but only when it’s from a chip shop. At a pub they’ll bring you your food on a plate, a chip shop they expect you to walk out with the food so they wrap it 🥰

I remember when I first watched the show, I read somewhere that Ted and Rebecca are each other’s angels, and I love how this episode shows that developing.
I also really liked their choice of the lyrics to “let it go” happening over Ted’s panic attack, because they’re speaking to what he’s feeling inside and those feelings are in turn causing that panic. They make such great music choices with this show.

Great reaction. I love that you are loving Ted Lasso. It’s early in your journey, and you have a lot on your plate; however, you might consider Shrinking at some point after TL. It is by the same show-runner, and it has Harrison Ford. Another great watch on Apple TV.

I think it was longer than a month. He’d said they were having problems. It could have been months or more.
But yeah, even going a month with no feeling would be a good sign that something isn’t working.

Random hookups have their time, place, and purpose depending on what you want, I think. I didn't know how I felt about Sassy either, at this point. She seemed...pushy. But, as Frank said, you're just at the beginning! Looking forward to the next!

Dani Rojas is 100% a golden retriever Pokémon. Just bouncing around joyously shouting his own name lol!

Beard has got to be my favorite character for developing almost incidentally. We get little intriguing snippets and I'm always left just wanting to hang out with him just to see what he'll do next! And he's always there for Ted...sometimes literally.

I apologize in advance for the number of comments I'm about to throw at you. Ep. 5: As a married woman (of 13 years), I've never had anything like the stretch of time Michelle has had (seems like a month or so at this point since he left?) Where I didn't feel romantic love for my husband. There are moments or even days where I don't like him as much, but that's always cured by either talking it over OR having some alone time (like...a couple of hours) and THEN talking it out. We've had fights, definitely. One memorable one when we were really poor and new parents and he grabbed the keys and said, "I'm done. I'm going for a drive." And I yelled back, "There's only an 1/8th of a tank of gas in the car, you aint going to make it far!!" (He was back in about five minutes after seething in the car for a bit and we laugh about it now.) Michelle having lost her love and crying about it...that's a problem idk if there's a solution for.

Such a delight watching this show with you! This show is in a league by itself. It brings the light.

Juno Temple, who plays Keeley, is in Fargo Season 5, if that is a selling point. LOL.
