After IWTV S2( Recommendations)

We're finishing IWTV very soon, so I need ideas on what to go into next. *i will do the season 3 trailer and BTS vidoes so no need to mention those here*. Please give me some idea on shows you would like to see. Recommend any and everything I'm prioritizing what you all want to watch. I am not worried about youtube at this point so don't worry about trying to recommend something to help with views or anything like that. Recommend purely off enjoyability. 🙏🏿🌮

After IWTV S2( Recommendations)

Comments

Mindhunter &/or Fringe, two TV series--both of which feature Anna Torv (Tess, in The Last of Us). Mindhunter is about the early days of behavioral science at the FBI, and Fringe is sci-fi set in Boston.

Sarah Jane

Hi! There's a critically-acclaimed australian show called The Newsreader with Sam Reid that starts streaming on AMC+ december 19. I don't know if you would be interested but it would be great to watch you react to it. There's two seasons so far, six episodes each (final season next year). "Set in 1986, the show follows the unlikely bond between a young TV reporter (Reid) and a 'difficult' female newsreader (Torv), as they cover events such as the shock of the Challenger explosion, the hype of Halley's Comet and complexities of the AIDS crisis."

PHJ

Penny Dreadful is a good dark, horror show with 3 seasons that was canceled too soon! If you haven't seen that, I would love to see your reactions.

Nicole Soza

Omg, "Call the midwife " is sooo good i highly recommend it

Mari Thomas

A Discovery or Witches is really good.

Mari Thomas

Yes, aura! That's where I was able to watch, but it was only S1.

Melissa

I really loved the amazon prime series "A League of Their own". I don't enjoy watching anything sports related, but ALOTO is a wonderful exploration into multiple facets of identity during an extremely unforgiving time period [ America in the 1940's]. It reminds me of interview with the vampire because of its focus on identity, intersectional forms of oppression, and adult queer relationships! It was sadly cancelled after season one, but it's absolutely worth a watch. Also, very few people have reacted to it which makes me sad

Kohl

Movies: Dark Crystal (There is a TV Show prequel also if you like the movie) Sword of the Stranger Green Knight Monkey Man Any Studio Ghibli Movie The Batman (and then the Penguin TV Show if you like the movie) TV Shows: Russian Doll (only seen Season 1 so far, don't know if S2 is also good) Dark Sense8 (Rated Mature so heads up before watching) DoroHeDoro Our Flag Means Death His Dark Materials

Chu

it seems its coming to AMC US in dec! https://bsky.app/profile/maharetscompound.bsky.social/post/3lbd7tssxnc2t

aura aurify

sense8 and severance are some of my favs

Sophie Heflebower

IT GUY!!!!🔥🔥🔥

Raymond Walker

Real bread for real Romans.

SHOWS: * Farscape. It is still one of the best sci-fi shows ever made, I think you'd love it, and it's still celebrating it's 30th year anniversary so is still getting fresh attention. * Eureka (aka A Town Called Eureka) Again, one of the best sci-fi shows ever done. But one that's actually not space related. More slice of life dramatic comedy sci-fi. * Fallout Absolutely amazingly well done adaptation. 10/10, would watch again * Red Dwarf This was an absolute jewel for me. Probably my favorite comedy series that just happens to be sci-fi. * Superman & Lois The only DC project that has actually managed to get me to care about DC in recent years. And it just finished up if I'm correct with an absolutely great finale. * Good Omens Just an absolute joy to watch from start to finish. * The Sandman Just absolutely awesome adaptation. Another 10/10 for me. MOVIES: A good number of my recommendations you've already got upcoming. * Identity Probably my favorite suspense thriller of all time. * Deadpool & Wolverine I enjoyed this movie probably more than should be legal. But everyone from the cast to the director just went full blast all out to make the movie 50000% amazing. Keeping the list relatively short this time. Love, your friendly Overworked IT Guy

Dark Kuno

Love Firefly/Serenity!

ArcAngel

I love the Firefly idea because then there's the AMAZING movie, Serenity after! Sooo gooood!

ArcAngel

Firefly! What a great idea! Good omens, too!

ArcAngel

Dark was really fascinating... Good idea!

ArcAngel

True Detective is so good!

ArcAngel

Love both True Detective and The Boys!

ArcAngel

Yessssss

Gabby Howitz

Black sails! The only other show I know that’s on the level of iwtv

Gabby Howitz

Good Omens! (Amazon series, 2 seasons out and 1 movie in work to finish the series)

Don’tDrinkTheLuminol

So, I checked and I watched both seasons via BBC iPlayer. But I read that the Newsreader is supposed to be airing on AMC, so people might be able to watch it through AMC+ https://www.amcnetworks.com/press-releases/amc-networks-annual-best-christmas-ever-celebration-continues-through-december-with-new-holiday-films-and-specials-including-christmas-eve-in-millers-point-a-creat/?fbclid=PAZXh0bgNhZW0CMTEAAaZ2FJyvVYDmisiN1CzY3J9rInV66V-r7ufl5jNqQ33qaRPfuEx_93ZhnaI_aem_1gVFElWkJL7OdsvrBDMcoQ

Maria

Sense8!! Orphan Black!

Terri Matter

Sense8!!! I would love to watch with this group!! (Would be my third time) 😁

Terri Matter

Oh and that reminds me! I also really LOVED Sense8!!!

Terri Matter

Watchmen is great...a of the original graphic novel and movie. I never see anyone react to it for some reason. Maybe copyright issues? I'm new over here but I also will always vouch for stories off the beaten track that everyone else and their mama aren't watching at the same time. I'm talking more old school series like Lost, The Expanse, Rome, Westworld, Battlestar Galactica (and yeah, I do love my sci-fi stories!). I would even try to squeeze these in outside of reacting to them. Cheers ;)

sabrina venable

I would definitely say watch The Batman first then the Penguin series.

Partrice

Thirteen!!!!

Tasia Barrett

damn it was available on the Arte.TV app (in US) literally until today.

aura aurify

Killing eve is brung up alot, i jsut finished episode 8 of Hannibal right now actually (it's in my collection) ill be uploading more of it very soon

Raymond Walker

Killing Eve or Hannibal, if you haven’t already seen them have some similar vibes, to this, melodramatic, obsessed, toxic gays that can’t seem to stay away from each other (without the supernatural aspect ofc💀)

malina

Facts. One of my fav characters of all time. Up there with Tony Soprano and Walter White.

hypocritex

If it doesn't win a poll, you should definitely watch it on your own. It's phenomenal.

Melissa

I love The Leftovers (esp S2 and 3). I forgot about the OA!!! So amazing and I'm so mad it was cancelled.

Melissa

Thanks, Amanda! 🙃

Melissa

I love you folks recommending Rome. Pullo has to be one of the greatest characters ever.

Valaree

I love Rome so much. Thirteen!

Valaree

yes!!!

cruz

you gotta pirate it. thats the only way i was able to watch it

cruz

Definitely either Yellowjackets or The Haunting of Hill House!! Both are soooooo good (throwing in blue eyed samurai too)

cruz

in the vein of IWTV is so hard bc it's like in a realm of it's own. but of shows that invoked similar emotions and lamenting... - the leftovers - what if 2% of the world just disappeared one day? (something about this show makes me feel whole. everything from the music to the acting to the plot itself, i was just in awe.) - yellowjackets - what if you were in a plane crash and lost in the woods for nearly two years? (just finished season one and my jaw has been on the floor nearly the whole time lol) - the OA - what if you were kidnapped with several others and one of them was The OA? lol (cancelled after two seasons but it was so damn good ugh)

aura aurify

oh i second Fringe

aura aurify

I would lilke to watch: Lost, Death's Game, Fringe, Dark and the Anime Death Note

Myra

🤣🤣🤣🤣

Raymond Walker

I second, third and fourth Melissa’s comment.

Amanda Hill

Ohhh yes THAT is a brilliant one.

Amanda Hill

I watched Newsreader through 🏴‍☠️ but you can buy an all region bluray with both seasons on eBay. It’s supposed to come to Roku, and it’s also available on the Australian network, but I didn’t want to deal with registering for an Australian ABC account.

Jessica

I would love to see what you think of Penny Dreadful (Showtime, 2014-2016) and Black Sails (Starz, 2014-2017).

Vince

EEAAO is in the channel jsut go to ky collections tab and go to movies. Legend of Korra could be nice right after ATLA as well

Raymond Walker

I could list a TON of movies, but I'll start with this. Taking Chance-based on a true story that everyone should watch An Officer and a Gentleman To Sir with Love-a classic starring Sidney Poitier Good Morning Vietnam The Guardian Michael Meet Joe Black Hachi: A Dog's Tale Rainman Marathon Man Primal Fear Ciry of Angels Midnight Express Revenge (1990) The Elephant Man-based on the life of Joseph Merrick a severely deformed man who lived in London No Way Out Cocoon Cocoon-The Return Message in a Bottle

Kim

I would recommend Sense8 (2 seasons), the Last of Us (season 2 coming soon), Lost (6 seasons), Everything Everywhere All At Once (movie), and the Legend of Korra (4 seasons)

Apai

My Netflix watches: Blue Eye Samurai The Glory (one of the best revenge shows) Alice in Boderland Bridgerton series Castlevania & Castlevania Nocturnal You Killing Eve ( I think it’s still on Netflix) Love Death & Robots FX series: Shogun (would definitely recommend completing) The Bear Atlanta MAX: The Penguin (really good) Love & Death The Last of Us Lovecraft (would suggest finish) Watchmen True Detective Amazon: Fallout The Boys Gen V Cross Invincible Legend of Vox Machina Upload Some you’ve probably seen but these are just top of my head

Partrice

That seems to he a popular one for the group

Raymond Walker

Noted ☺️

Raymond Walker

LCC is something I im highly interested in and would like to dive back into..I do want to throw penguin on a poll as well as it seems really good and I've been hearing only positive things

Raymond Walker

If I’m just focused on MY enjoyment (I mostly rewatch 😅 things) Umbrella Academy Orphan Black (2013 5 seasons) Supacell Fleabag Sense 8 Blood and Water Shameless Harley Quinn IF you could figure out how to watch The Newsreader that would help me and be great for me but for the life of me I can’t figure out how to view it

icedchy

You can finish Lovecraft country if you are still interested! Its good. Also the Penguin is great too. Have you seen House of the dragon and/or Game of thrones?

Mia Hernandez

yes! Shes hilarious

Mia Hernandez

HOW IN THE WORLD DID I FORGET TO RECOMMEND MR. ROBOT??!! Next to Severance, that's my next highest recommendation. :)

Melissa

Oh I would love hearing your thoughts on Black Sails!!

Tamara

After scanning again, I'd echo The Watchman, Atlanta (I've always wanted to watch it).

Melissa

One of the best character arch’s of all time, captain Flint baby!!!!! I have to beg people to watch this show, by season 2 they are thanking me. This one is special

Tarabee

Lost an entire comment so here goes again: PREVIOUSLY MENTIONED: 1. Severance**** 2. Mindhunter 3. The Leftovers 4. S1 of True Detective **Dark is phenomenal, but I genuinely worry about your eyes. NOT YET MENTIONED: 1. Homecoming S1 (I specifically think of you for this bc of your military background) 2. The Devil's Hour (not horror -- mystery, drama, Sci fi) 3. 1899 (same creators as Dark -- only 1 season although it was supposed to have 3 and Netflix fucked them over -- it's so good) 4. Fargo 5. Select episodes of Black Mirror (like top rated ones and ones that aren't scary) Also sending you a DM. Thanks for caring about our opinions!!

Melissa

It's excellent but HEAVY. Honestly don't think I could get through it again, and I'm tough.

Melissa

No, I watched both on amazon prime, I think 🤔 but I will double check at home and get back to you!

Maria

I watched The Penguin without watching the new Batman. No problems.

Melissa

Any idea how to watch The Newsreader? I was able to see S1 on some website (don't recall) but I guess maybe you used a VPN?

Melissa

Chewing Gum was so good. 💙 Michaela

Gaux

I echo most of the suggestions already mentioned. So just adding in votes for fav usual shows: Orphan Black Black Sails Fringe 12 Monkeys Death’s Game - don’t think it was mentioned. This show has everything. And the sister from Parasite. Amazing K-Drama about someone on the brink of going to hell meeting Death.

Gaux

And in no order: Killing Eve, The Glory (has a dubbed version), Swarm, or Under the Banner of Heaven *Killing Eve has the same character dynamic as Hannibal a.k.a. the snake toying with a mongose

astro guava

Since you like watching other Youtubers react to IWTV, I recommend "Watch With Me, Elle Bee"'s channel. Idk if someone else recommended her (I'm new here). But if you want light-hearted, super funny-without-trying commentary, from a born and raised New Orleans social worker, then here's her channel: https://youtube.com/@watchwithmeellebee?si=R4xsM5MkK4a0Yc8V

astro guava

I would recommend Derry Girls

Laila Morrison

I'd love to recommend the German sci-fi series Dark on Netflix. It's very complex though, so I'm not sure how well it's suited to a reaction watch as you're trying to follow the subtitles and the action (and I'm conscious of your eyes as well) . There is a very useful non-spoilery episode-by-episode guide that Netflix produced to help you keep track of everything (as it's non-linear so the same character will be played by actors of different ages) https://dark.netflix.io/en . Or how about Mindhunter, the fantastic David Fincher series on Netflix about the beginnings of the FBI's Behavioural Science Unit in the 70's. Anna Torv is one of the stars of that show and she also stars alongside IWTV's Sam Reid in The Newsreader, a fictional drama about the personal and professional lives of the journalists in a 1980's Australian newsroom that also weaves-in real-life news stories (my favourite being Sam's character Dale 'interviewing' Kylie Minogue😂) . Anna and Sam are both fabulous in it!

Janey P

Yessss! Would wholeheartedly third this suggestion. So underrated and brilliant writing and acting

Beth

If you wanna get into a real adventure and see a show that has inspired a lot of other shows, I’d recommend Lost. It’s my favorite series of all time and I think as someone who really appreciates characters and their relationships, you’ll enjoy it a lot

Lisa

Baby Reindeer, Watchmen, and Atlanta…wow, there’s some brilliant ideas in these comments. All are INCREDIBLE!

Andre

I always forget about Atlanta! Great choice!

Andre

if i had to pick a top 5 for you to watch it would be: american horror story lucifer derry girls mary and george fellow travelers everyone here has mentioned some great ones aswell!

Olivia

fleabag!

Boafoa Offei-Darko

I'd love to see you react to (in no particular order) Firefly, Wednesday, Good Omens, The Sandman, Lucifer, Supernatural, Fringe, Doctor Who, Sleepy Hollow, Rome, The Handmaid's Tale, or Ratched.

Tasia Barrett

I'm also into Midnight Mass. I think you'll find Sandman great too, even Gaiman is a piece of shit of the highest degree. For something more light, how about The Mentalist? Or Chewing Gum?

Philile Langa

Penny Dreadful! But because I know probably won't come out 😭... I have to stand behind Midnight Mass. 🙏🏻💌

Victoria

If you want to stick with Sam Reid, the Newsreader would be a great choice. I also once again have to say I really would love to see you react to 12 Monkeys (2015). But besides that I think Dark, Black Sails or The Newsroom could be really interesting.

Maria

People have mentioned some fantastic options: Midnight Mass, Sandman, Euphoria, Dark. Off the top of my head I would add LOST, Heartstopper (it’s a gay love story but I’m obligated to mention it bc I love it), the penguin, the white lotus, Community s1-s4.

Andre

I forgot to mention The Fall The Killing

Tiffers

Bad sisters is REALLY good!

Tiffers

Black Sails has my vote as well.

Olivia

Oh and also Dragon Prince!! It's from Aaron Ehasz, the head writer of Avatar the last airbender. Similarly it gets better with each season and a new one is coming this December!

Robin

I'm still hoping for Dark haha. But it's better to watch the german dub with english subtitles and I don't know if that's okay with your eyes. Anime recommendations, not sure what you have already watched but Vinland Saga, Chainsaw Man and Frieren are amazing.

Robin

My #1 pick would be "Beyond Evil" - it's my favorite k-drama (and i my top 5 anything) of all time. Great thriller with a super talented cast. Every scene matters. Bonus: Probably gonna be the only one suggesting this but one of my favorite show of all time is "six feet under" - about a complicated family that runs a morgue together.

Aaron S.

My number one pick is sandman, I think you would absolutely lose your mind for it. Number two would be fellow travelers, it is brilliant and strongly recommended watching for a significant part of queer history that most people are completely ignorant of. Others would be the last of us, severance, true detective s1, firefly, orphan black.

Amanda Winstead

BLACK SAILS!! One of the most underrated shows of ALL TIME.

hypocritex

I'd like to recommend Black Sails. I was one of the ones who suggested IWTV to Franky and I'd like to offer up Black Sails as well. I think it's probably one of the most underrated shows of all time. Very good.

hypocritex

Seconding Our Flag Means Death!

Em

Or my favorite anime of all time D-Gray Man

artemys

Midnight Mass

artemys

Thanks for the consideration! Everyone's made such good recommendations, I'm sure we'll enjoy whatever you pick next!

Molly

Euphoria

Christina

Legend of Korra

Christina

I still stand by The Kingdom. Dub or English language. You can’t go wrong. Midnight Mass for a Mike Flannigan show with less jump scares and a ton of psychology.

Jessica

for some reason, I couldn’t get into it. I’m gonna rewatch it because it’s been a long time lol.

darkparadise.

season three is great too

isa ‹3

Spartacus !

Naj A

I don't think I've ever seen anyone react to Deadloch, which is a pity because it's got a lot to talk about! It's funny in a dark and deadpan way, it's got a great mystery at its heart, and it's full of great social commentary. Otherwise, seconding/thirding Reservation Dogs and Severance.

Ress

Fellow Travelers is a great show

Helen

Deadwood or Rome.

Phill

Haunting of Hill House!

Valaree

seconding Watchmen and Firefly!!!

amanda_owl

seconding Atlanta and Reservation Dogs

amanda_owl

👋🏿thanks for being here Molly welcome to the fam. I'll definitely consider your choice

Raymond Walker

Hello from a new subscriber! If you like comedy and some camp-y melodrama with your queer romance, Our Flag Means Death is a fun choice. Plus the show is complete, which is nice.

Molly

Forgive me if you've mentioned seeing any of these: - The Wire (best show ever) - Deadwood (best dialogue and ambience ever) - Atlanta (why don't reactors do Atlanta??) - Say Nothing (new one airing on Hulu about the troubles--dynamite so far) - Reservation Dogs (best half hour of the last few years)

Chris

bad sisters (apple tv) is really a mix of fun, intriguing, and thought-provoking show to watch! season 2 is just now airing every week. shrinking, also on apple tv, is also worth watching if you enjoyed/are enjoying ted lasso (brett goldstein is a co-creator). if you wanna see more sam reid, i definitely recommend (++) checking out the newsreader, a 3-season, critically-acclaimed australian period drama that he worked on between 2021 & 2023, so s2 & s3 coincided with iwtv (the third and final season is set to air in january 2025) (he's been BUSY!). i could recommend more but those are some shows i've rarely seen reactors talk about that i think – hope – you'll enjoy!

lo !!

I've heard that a few times as well..I'll consider watchmen as well

Raymond Walker

For newer shows Cross is really great and has a lot of layers. Day of the Jackal, spy thriller, action filled, lots of tension. Older shows that are complete: Orphan Black is just amazing all around. One of my favorite shows ever. 5 seasons, science forward, drama, thriller, lots of reveals. Killing Eve if you ignore season 4. Haunting of Blythe Manor & Fall of the House of Usher (Pretty much all the Mike Flanagan shows are great) I May Destroy You is a lot but also awesome Watchmen with Regina King. Heavy, a mini series, brilliant all around. Firefly followed by Serenity the movie.

Tiffers

I would second both Severance or the Leftovers. Both of them take a few episodes to catch onto, though, as I recall.

Terri Matter

I've heard really really great things about penguin I have time watch the new batman first though lol

Raymond Walker

TLOU is awesome, but yeah I think waiting to tag onto the S2 buzz would be a good consideration if there are other things to watch in the meantime.

Natasha

Any and everything i have watched death note but im completely open Neon Genesis FMAB DANDADAN it doesn't matter i just wanna focus on creating content for my patreons..I habe never heard of the other anime you suggested but im completely open

Raymond Walker

Penguin or Dune prophecy

Alisha

I really think (we know!) it would be a fun one yes!?

Tarabee

Watchmen slaps

Natasha

I watched 2 seasons and it didn’t click for me, and I say that totally understanding the quality, and the work, and cameos etc, I just didn’t care in the end.

Tarabee

Appreciate the break down i would of never guess it was that nuanced

Raymond Walker

Yes!! Black Sails 🖤

marzen

okay but are anime an option? because i'd kill to watch you react to bungo stray dogs or death note (even if it's a rewatch on that one)

sofiaviera

I saw a lot of outrage about how many accolades that show keeps racking up...

Raymond Walker

American horror story season 1 and 2 (at least season 1!)

darkparadise.

I think it’s perfectly fine, it’s fine, just fine. lol

Tarabee

🤣🤣🤣Idk if I got it in me Family..I just don't know( I live alone too)🤣

Raymond Walker

Gotta suggest True Detective Season 1...it's hard to beat IWTV in quality and intensity but True Detective is close. Some folks suggested Baby Reindeer and that's a great idea. Fleabag, too. If you aren't worried about YouTube views, it would also be great to pick up The Last of Us (although it's understandable if you would rather wait until season 2 starts to take advantage of the promotional buzz).

ArcAngel

Hahaha I watched an episode of the bear it was pretty good no? Lol

Raymond Walker

Baby Reindeer! Good Idea!!

ArcAngel

I do genuinely think 10 episodes of you screaming and jumping every 15 seconds would be youtube gold. 😂😂

Natasha

I also loved the leftovers, I forgot about that one And more people should really love black sails!

Tarabee

I second yellow jackets!! So good

Caitlin 🥀

Hey Natasha I appreciate all this info and I see you🤣🤣 taking a Lil jab at me being a chicken shit 🤣🤣🤣🤣that shit had me shook within 30 seconds lol..I'l add some of these to a poll soon

Raymond Walker

It’s so great! It’s comedic but dark and has great conversations, ultimately each character is doomed or struggling in some way and seeking redemption through the other. It’s complex and definitely one that you could end up talking for hours about lol but also killing eve is great too!!!! 👀

Caitlin 🥀

People keep saying Bojack horseman is great

Raymond Walker

Hi I can’t seem to get anyone to watch Black Sails, and it’s a TOP 10 show for me. (To be fair, it’s a slow start for some) it’s the best TV adventure I’ve ever seen. Perfect 4 seasons! Nothing really compares to IWTV, I know you couldn’t finish Lovecraft country, that was a wild one. I really enjoyed WATCHMEN when it was out. Idk there is not a lot I rewatch. But please sweet baby Jesus not “the bear”

Tarabee

Oh shit🫠🫠ill have to throw it on the poll

Raymond Walker

Wrote all this and then saw you said at the end “don’t worry about the algorithm” hahaha So adding The Leftovers to the list as well.

Natasha

-Seconding Severance— its 2nd season is coming out in January so you would have time to catch up if you started it now-ish and hopefully could catch the buzz for the algorithm on YouTube. -Yellowjackets is phenomenal, actress who plays Jinx in Arcane has a major role. Its 3rd season is in post production right now I think so you’d be catching up to watch that when it drops. -Fleabag is also great, very short episodes and seasons. I know Frank is watching it and loving it. -Black Sails won’t do well for the algorithm but it’s one of my personal faves, and I think you would dig the main character. -Dark is also amazing, total mindfuck of a show, but I don’t know how well it would perform. Never gonna get around to Hill House, hey? 🤨😂

Natasha

No it's hard to see them they are under my 20th century boys mangas

Raymond Walker

I second killing eve

Valentine

Never noticed it 😭😭😭 I’m that oblivious 💀 Alice in borderland is too good

RÆY

Sandman on Netflix was really good and S2 should be coming out next year. I also enjoyed Shrinking on Apple TV+. It’s on its second Season now. If you want to do a sitcom, Abbot Elementary is hilarious.

Mel8235

Baby Reindeer was really good. Trigger warning for grooming though, that episode (4, i think) had me sobbing and a couple days later I was still kind of in a fog. Did not expect that show to toss me down a PTSD rabbit hole

The Existential Shrew

Alice and borland you jsut made me curl my toes🔥🔥🔥..one of my favorite Mangas it's actually on my desk every video is the live action good too?? and I have seen squid game

Raymond Walker

Some shows I recently really enjoyed were: killing eve / baby reindeer / bojack horseman / mindhunter and FLEABAG (which genuinely changed my life)

Caitlin 🥀

I was just coming to the comments to mention Severance as well! Great show

Michael

I’m not sure if you’ve seen Squid game or Alice in borderland, if you haven’t I recommend those

RÆY

Yes definitely on my to watch list!

Raymond Walker

I saw you mention Severance was on your list in a comment and I was going to suggest that. It’s super thought provoking and the next season comes out early next year.
