It's interesting that you've wondered whether Hannibal is romantically or physically interested in Will. Just a quick note: we should remember that Hannibal is a psychopath, and that doesn’t necessarily mean he’s a monster or entirely devoid of feelings. Being a psychopath is something that, in most cases, you don’t choose. The inability to feel guilt isn’t a decision. Hannibal is capable of feeling devotion, attraction, and even love—though those feelings won’t have the same colour or shape as yours or mine. My theory is that Hannibal is fascinated by Will and, therefore, feels drawn to him (not necessarily in a sexual way, as you or I might experience it). Above all, I think Hannibal longs for someone to understand and accept him. He feels isolated and misunderstood because it’s not easy to grasp someone like him, and Will—despite not being a psychopath—has the ability to do so.

Is he sick? As in, is his physical body sick and that’s the reason for the hallucinations and sleepwalking episodes? Good Lord. Will thinks he’s going absolutely bonkers from stress and mental strain but if he’s actually physically sick, what does that mean for Hannibal’s little family that he’s trying to create?

But later they separated :(
