Throughout the seasons Iroh emphasizes to Zuko about breathing when it comes to fire bending. This goes back to fire bending being energy. It’s why they have special forms like lightning bending and combustion. It comes from converting energy. Also if you notice that despite all the colors, azulas blue flame isn’t a fire that the dragons use. Her blue is more electric blue like lightning, which doesn’t come from a place of peace.

As soon as he gets his power back and going forward he never makes noise anymore showing he's more at peace. Had to share because I love that little detail about his character. The rest of the season is peak I can't wait for your reactions.
