2024-10-02 13:36:42 +0000 UTCThe show has some great blind jokes in the show, most of which are because the gang forgets Toph is blind. Here, Katara almost certainly was NOT referring to Toph's blindness when she said "too bad you can't see them (the stars)." She was referring to the fact that Toph set up her own tent, blocking her "view." They were arguing about how she wasn't helping setting up camp just before that.
