Welcome and massive thanks for getting involved

Hello all new Patrons. It's great to have you involved. I hadn't thought of starting a Patreon page until it was suggested by someone in a comment.

Things have switched up a gear since Thrill's video came out a week ago. It's great to have some recognition for all the work we've been doing in the last three years. It's been an incredibly exciting project to develop and we thought we had made something pretty groundbreaking. The three months of silence since we first posted videos of it were very weird.

While the videos try and present a professional image, the reality is that the design evolved in a damp railway arch in South London and in my sketchbook. We were gifted a lovely office space for a year where all the electronics and software stuff has been developed but this has finished now and everything put into storage. A new space is needed.

Before we can distribute the cutting paths for the first round of community production we need to build an online tool to convert user body dimensions into tailor made components. We're working on this.

We're going to sell these Golden Tickets for about $20 each. A previous project taught me that if you give these plans away free, people download them but never get around to building them. A small spend helps cement a commitment and gives us a chance to get back a bit of the money we've spent and gives us a pot to push more work forward. Does this sound reasonable?

I'd really love the opportunity to meet up with you all in a VR space. I'm going to try this first in Population One which is where I spend most my VR time. 

We can also try VRChat after or Overt has been suggested by one of you which is an open-source alternative.
