The car itself appeared to be packed neatly and rationally…. Unlike her campsite. So if it was a mental break, it would seem she was fairly rational at least when starting out.

If this was a mental health issue, I’m sorry she couldn’t get help.

I have followed this strange case and you did an excellent and thorough job of covering this case. I feel like this is another mental health case similar to Chelsea Grimm in many ways: A damaged and abandoned car with multiple sightings and offers for help which were turned down.

Mental break due to substance abuse?? Strong hallucinogens can permanently change your brain chemistry. Sometimes for the better, sometimes for the worse.
Was she a trimirgrant in that area? Unfortunate disappearances seem associated with that line of work.

Sandra’s appearances in weather inappropriate clothing and lack of shoes could indicate a mental health issue in addition to the many other indications of behavioral change. Indeed, the car crash could have been the final straw, a truly destabilizing crisis, perhaps with head injury, that could have led to her becoming further disoriented and wandering away to succumb to exposure or injury as you suggest, Nick. A really sad case of apparent mental deterioration in a high risk environment.

Yes, I solved it by copying the link and pasting it into my internet browser and then it worked for me

Outstanding as always, Nick -- this is the first time I ever saw a comprehensive story on this case.

Interesting video. Sounds like someone wandered into the wilderness and never came back, intentionally or otherwise. Looking forward to the coming video with fresh on location footage. They add a lot to helping us understand the case, at the same time as offering an opportunity to experience some spectacular nature by proxy

Side note: one thing I couldn’t get over was how frustrating it is that no one was able to confirm if her hair was blue at the time she went missing. I can only assume it wasn’t, because no witnesses really ever mentioned it and it seems like such an obvious thing to miss. If her hair was naturally all grey, I might be inclined to think the blue could have faded to the extent you might not notice. But if her hair was still brown naturally, it would be pretty obvious when it faded because it would be much darker. I would like to ask friends or family if her brown hair was also dyed… anyways, I guess just another example of what could seem to be a trivial detail that ultimately could make a big difference in determining a timeline as far as sightings go.

This one is interesting. It’s pretty cool to have this much information about a case. There’s definitely a lot to think about.
Good luck on your trip, Nick! Im looking forward to everything there is to come! As always, thank you for all your hard work. 🙂
