Stick Fight Mod Menu release v2.0.0!

This is probably the biggest release of the menu yet. The entire frontend of the mod menu has been re-designed and the code structure is completely different from before (the latter took the most time, since I actually had to re-code the entire menu from scratch again).
Instead of directly changing game code, the menu now hooks into game functions, meaning that future patches/updates for Stick Fight won't lead to the mod menu breaking suddenly.

The new version also comes with an installer, so you don't have to manually add all the files into your game folder anymore.

Stick Fight Mod Menu release v2.0.0:
- Completely revamped design
- More godmode bugfixes
- Customizable keybinds for all toggleable mods (only accepts letter-keys)
- An indicator at the top of the menu, telling your specific mod package (Ultimate/Pro/Trial)
- Movement speed slider
- Jump force slider
- Some other small aesthetic changes

Did some more research in the game code in order to add some for-fun features (like enabling infinite jump for the whole lobby), but this doesn't seem possible sadly Sorry!
