A new update is here, public roll-outs have started! I know it's been a while since v1.X.X had a big update, it's a lot of work to try and manage both this and continue work on v2.0 but an update was waay long overdue.
🥳 Enhancements
☆ Migrate to v2.0's markdown rendering, includes spoiler support and inline images, e.t.c (keep in mind this is an experimental feature which will be finalized in v2.0 see Current Issues below)
☆ Rework application logger, logs application crashes and exports without any issues
☆ Add images to list views styles, begone imageless compact lists! (applies to both single list and dual compact styles)
☆ Add multi-line text support to notes on list editor
☆ Apply start date to anime or manga when incremented by the +1 widget from paused or planning list
🐛 Bug Fixes
✓ April fools media removed causes crashes in notifications (this was an edge case)
✓ Notification workaround option has been deprecated, fixed some notification edge cases
✓ Crash when opening activities from system notifications
✓ Crashes at startup on some devices
☠️ Current Issues
Come on, you knew it wouldn't be a smooth release without any issues
🙊 Gifs may show artifacts if more than one is playing at a given moment (this is an issue introduced by the new markdown rendering engine, so please don't report this as a bug since I'm already aware of it)
But I don't know what artifacts look like? (Trust me you'll know when you see it)
