Texas update and schedule

The "rough draft" version of the map is already available to download on TruckyMods. I decided to open that up to everyone right away instead of making that come here first. However the full Texas DLC update will still come here first. I do plan on beginning that work this weekend and hopefully have that released by the middle of next week for you all and then a few days later afterwards for everyone.
