Big update for Midwest

First off phase 1 of the I-94 rework from Matt which adds Battle Creek, Marshall, a reworked Ann Arbor and Jackson. It also updates some map overlay shields as well as a bug in Detroit. You also get a new road from Effingham IL to Paducah KY which is US 45. Also you will notice that Champaign, Bloomington, and Danville in Illinois has gotten a rework as well as some of the roadsides in that area. There are also a few sign updates around I-155 in Illinois, Missouri, and Tennessee. More sign updates as well as roadside changes will be coming as well as scenery updates in Champaign and Danville.
