The RFEF made a huge blunder and created a commotion with tickets for the Copa del Rey final between Barcelona and Real Madrid, and they duly embarrassed themselves. Namely, the fans were supposed to reserve the tickets, but the sale was in charge of the Association and intermediary agency "One Box". After the reservation and purchase, the tickets were sent by regular mail and e-mails, or they started arriving at the wrong addresses, they had the wrong names of the customers, wrong identification numbers, confidential personal data of the customers were made public, etc. "One Box" blamed the RFEF for everything and stated in its press release that the cause of the problem was "human error" in Savez's ticket sales system. HOWEVER, the mentioned problems happened COMPLETELY BY COINCIDENCE with tickets intended for Barcelona fans. "One Box" has publicly apologized to Barca and its fans, whether a huge calculation has already been made that could result in Barcelona having significantly fewer fans at Cartuja than it was predicted.
