Help Pick Basing Details!

I apologize for not posting here more but now that I have some more models for the Order of the Iron Maiden I was thinking of making the Elites have enemies dead on the bases to help add to the atmosphere! I want to make these as cool as possible as the army is going to be featured on PLAYON TABLETOP!! Thats right, this army is going to be seen on next seasons "40k in 40min" so I have till December to finish this army.
The bases are done to look like a hive city or industrial area. So I had a few thoughts as to what we could use but im open to suggestions!
Option 1: Chaos Marines
Option 2: Genestealer cult
Option 3: Renegade Guard
