Install addonpeds at this link https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/addonpeds-asi-pedselector and follow the steps in the description and Read.me file. You would be dropping my files into the peds.rpf of the addonpeds folder, which you would have inserted into your game at: gtav/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/addonpeds.
