Update

- Tier 2 has now access to all color variants, since that is simpler (both for handling it in the backend and for Patrons).
- I also updated the list of Patrons on the website to a nicer format. It also lists current Tier 2 and Tier 3 Patrons in a more prominent place. The list contains all current and former Patrons (except custom lower pledges), since I want to acknowledge everyone.
- Tier 3 Patrons will additionally appear in Chatty ("About/Help"), once implemented.
This is made possible by an update to my backend, which should now also update badges properly and allow for more possible future nice things (we'll see). With the old system the badge status didn't get updated properly in all cases, sorry about that.
