NEW PLUGIN ...and new features in SumThing

New features/corrections in SumThing:
- Meters show the output of the plugin now correctly
- Meters can be calibrated (0dbfs - -24dbfs)
- Meters speed can now be adjusted
New plugin:
SumThing SI (single instance)
- combines input- and output-stage of SumThing
- can be used independently without interacting with SumThing
- can be used along with SumThing for Subgroup-Masterchannels...
