Yeah, a basic financial literacy class would be good. "Telling u how to vote" though? What do you mean?

Hello Nathan, my question is about how you see real estate, I mean, do you think there is a way to combine variable income with real estate, for example, if at some point my portfolio is worth enough to give the down payment on a house you think it is a good idea to sell the entire portfolio for that purpose?. Thanks you.

I got one for you. Have u done a good video for college age kids/high school on investing ? I’ve explained to my kids after they got a job about a ROTH and DCA and their jaws …DROP! They get ticked they didn’t learn this in school. I say they are too busy telling u how to vote in school instead of teaching you. That said I think because u have brought it up to make a series for high schoolers on how to invest. Wish I lived closer I’d buy you breakfast take care and hope the trip went well…Tim and Fam .

Hi Nate, I have an interesting question. Given all the geopolitical tensions and some countries wanting to replace the dollar as the reserve currency of the world, what kind of ramifications do you think this would have on the stock market and hence the U.S. economy if it were to happen?

Yes. I have seen comparisons to late 60s and even the 1930s. However I am not sure that knowing details of those events help with plans that we should be making now. Except what if our time horizon to accomplish some goal is shorter. Retirement can be one goal, yet we could also be looking at funding a college education for a child, or maybe a home purchase. The situation in the late 60s was eventually followed by the 70s.

VR9 -- I'm sorry, I can't give deep dives here. It could be considered financial advice, which I'm not allowed to do per regulatory restrictions from the SEC.

You're meaning comparisons to periods like 07-09, 70s and 80s, etc. right?

Well I have the questions from the last Q&A comments, but over the past month I have seen articles and videos comparing the market now to various time periods. Do you thin that such comparisons to be helpful? Or should we focus more on being prepared for different market conditions?

Hi Nathan Can you deep dive into TTD and Adobe Want to know entry price Thanks

good evening I have become interested in momentum after your videos. I was wondering if you could compare MTUM v VFMO. I own shares in both. Thanks!

Hi Nathan, In your next Q&A video could you discuss your coffee can model if your didn’t match sectors to the S&P 500. Maybe if your did an even spread of sectors. I think the coffee can might do better if it had more consumer stables, industrials, energy, consumer discretionary etc, maybe 3 stocks in each sector (I know the math isn’t as good then into $1000). The 5 tech stocks seems a bit heavy in sectors that don’t seem to care as much about total shareholder equity? Cheers Chris
