Inflation report... OUCH! Are stocks cheap now?

In this video, I'll update the valuation models for September 2022. Are we now cheap or is there still a ways to go?

Hi Sean -- I think everything you need to know is really here in this video. Youcan download the data from Shiller's website just search for "Shiller data xls" in Google and you'll get it. Gretl is open source regression software, so that's available for Mac and Windows. I would advise making sure you understand regression before running it, as it can be a bit confusing/complex and mistake-prone if you don't. I'll plan to update regularly here.

Hi Nathan, Question for you Q&A. With your coffee can portfolio do you think by following the S&P500 sector weightings (almost 30% tech) the portfolio is too heavily biased away from more traditional dividend sectors like consumer stables, utilities, energy, materials)? it seems like the screener you use is struggling to find the 7 or so good tech stocks each month and are missing out on some higher total shareholder yielding options in other sectors). I realise you are trying to compare against the S&P.

Also, I've been investing in INTC for a while I wanted to get your opinion on how would you value INTC. Thanks in advance for any input.

can we get a video on your model creation specifically? I'd love to be able to be able to put one of those together myself.

Hi Nate, where are you getting the data to create the regressions from and also is this a regression chart you can recreate on exel or google sheets?

Try again. :)
