A small Guide to Pride update...

Well, it's morning here anyway. And audio editing for The Guide to Pride 1 has officially commenced.
I have recorded and edited around 8% of the full episode (compared to the finish script anyway, it will be much longer than this when the audio clips/interviews I've done are taken into account) but although this is actually pretty minor in the grand scheme of things, there is one major development I'd like to talk about.
Rather than this being called 'The Guide to Pride 1' as it has been known the last couple of years, it will now be part of the existing 'Combat, Chronicled' series instead. So this episode becomes 'Combat, Chronicled: Pride 1'. Any future Pride-centric episodes then would also be part of this series, which gives me the freedom to talk about any aspect of Pride Fighting Championships I desire rather than going through the events chronologically.
There is another episode of Combat, Chronicled that I've been working on for a while too. No potential release date for that one, just to let you all know that once the Pride 1 audio documentary is complete there will be another (non-MMA related) episode in the pipeline that is 90% written already!
Thanks for your patience with this episode. I've procrastinated only because I've wanted to provide the very best episode possible for you guys. As I've started laying down music cues and backing tracks I've been thinking of for years at this point and they've worked just as I expected, I know now that my instincts on this project have been correct and look forward to completing it for--honestly--the first time in a long time.
