New HAPS website launch!

This is intended to be the go-to place for all HAPS news - including applications, fundraising information, blog posts, and award announcements. We officially applied for non-profit status this week, and will hopefully have a decision in the next month! Be sure to check out the "leadership" section of the website, to meet our board members - you'll probably recognize most of them!
