We're going back to the halcyon days of 2016, where Dustin Poirier could be found on the Fight Pass prelims (I know, right?!!), Albert Tumenov was still in the UFC, and Stipe Miocic had yet to fight for the world title, let alone win one, lose it, reclaim it, and defend it four times!
Oh, and two of the greatest action fighters in the history of combat sports snatched what was left of each other's primes in one of the greatest 170lb title fights we've ever seen.
But was the decision rendered at the end of this classic--one that saw the champ Robbie Lawler leave the Octagon with his belt--a good one? Or was it a robbery? Watch along with me as I try to figure out how to score both men being extremely violent (often at the exact same time). It's a tough one to score for sure but is it right? Or robbery?!
