ct.js updated to v1.0.0 and v1.0.1

Here comes an update! There are two, actually.
Ct.js now exits its beta stage as it migrates to Pixi.js v5, its graphics engine. The new v1 version features virtual joysticks, new UI theme, ct.cutscene and ct.flow modules, and much more.
It also shipped three new UI translations, thanks to our marvellous community! 💜

- FoxamStudios aka Stunx added the Spanish one, and
- andithemudkip aka ((andi)) added the Romanian UI language.

This little version fixes a couple of bugs that were found recently, but either didn't fit into a v1.0.0 release or slipped through local testing.
