Let's talk 1.4 and Biotech
Added 2022-10-07 19:41:34 +0000 UTCSo we all know the 1.4 update is in unstable, and Biotech got announced, so I bet you're all wondering about my mods.
FFXIV Races - These will be merged together and moved to Biotech as soon as I can. This includes the Au Ra, Miqo'te, and Viera. They needed some tweaks and updates anyway, so this will be a pretty amazing opportunity for it. I've been thinking of merging the mods for a while, as well. I may consider giving the old versions a basic 1.4 update, but that depends on how difficult HAR wants to be.
FFXIV Animals - These will be merged and released as a new 1.4 mod. The old ones will not be updated.
The Azaphrae and Sephyr will not be moving to Biotech. They will remain with HAR once that is updated and stable in 1.4. I feel these mods are very complete as they are and see no reason to move them to the Biotech system.
All other mods will see updates to 1.4 with minor tweaks from suggestions.
The Koyan - There will be a basic 1.4 HAR version that will be considered done and left alone bar any bugs that flare up. There will also be a Biotech version that will be treated as the proper version, and this is the one that will receive updates in the future.
