Watching your videos for years. Its a tough call with the surgery.
I had to have surgery on my jaw years ago but I refused to do it.
It was about 10 years ago, anyway my jaw gives me problems now and then I ( its supposed to get worse as you age) personally I think I should have gotten it. but its a different thing with yourself. Risky either way.
I hope you make a great recovery. And get another opinion maybe? Anyway not my place.
