Really enjoyed this bonus content. I do think spirituality is as important to lasting health as staying hydrated is. I think the whole point of God is that it’s supposed to be a unifying force, and unfortunately there are still many people who are put-off by any mention of God because of the behavior of more extremist types. Ironically, although I think God ultimately brings us together, I’m of the opinion that our relationship with God is somewhat personal. I think people need to have that moment of realization for themselves that he is everywhere, and to let him into their hearts. It really is an interesting and delightful sensation when you let God into your soul, and taking a moment to breathe and check in. It really is a choice though, as some people choose to let Evil in. I feel like I could pontificate on this for hours, but it’d almost be a waste because either you know it or you don’t. My hope is that more people will come to realize the power of it. Not necessarily a power to harness, but to behold. The most important thing is forgiveness, beginning with oneself, and extending that forgiveness to others. That’s the only power we should really be trying to harness. If we just leave the rest to God we’d probably all be better off.

Like why it's here, is it really racism etc. I personally get really caught up in it all, especially with Rings of Power debauchery. It got under my skin for a bit there that I had to take a break from YT just to see If I'm just getting sucked into mindless hate. I see my best friends Wife, who is African being sucked into the flip side of this and in a very dark place so I know it is a big problem right now. Would love to here what you come up with since you seem to have a knack for simplifying it all. Cheers!
