As a tease, I will be mentioning the 401 in the next episode. If you don't know it, here in Ontario we have the 400 series of highways, and the 401 is the largest of them all. Largest of all highways in general. It is considered the longest, busiest and deadliest highway in the world - sorry LA drivers, but it's true.
You'll remember this time last year a fuel truck driver had a medical issue, skidded across all active lanes of the thing close to where I live and detonated on impact with a bridge.
Well, I don't spend a lot of time on foot on the highway, but I got my fair chance last night. My engine seized up and died in the express lanes which left me out in the cold (-20 celcius/-4 Fahrenheit) for about an hour waiting for a tow while other cars whipped past scaring the crap out of my wife.
Add to that, my computer finally died. Like, died died. I'm expecting it back hopefully by Thursday, but it means the next episode may be delayed a day or two. It's not personal, I just seem to have developed a death touch for electronics.
BUT IF I COULD JUST SAY there are a lot more Patr(e)ons I see, and you really, REALLY brighten my day.
Hug your vehicle and laptop a little extra tight, and we'll talk soon.
