Cinephile Giveaway- Minor Changes

Previously, we had removed Cinephiles who won from rotation to give everyone a chance to win. Starting in January, if you win the giveaway, you will still be removed from the rotation, however, you will be added back 3 months later. We think this will make the perk much more worthwhile for the Cinephiles!

With this change, we will now pull 3 winners at the end of each month!
