Hey Songuardians,
Over at our plugin support team, we recently recruited 7 new team members, Alexc2, Darkwinged, ItzGliese, Jakethedog, Minty, Shad0wcube and Zaserr who have substantially increased our plugin support team. They are all currently in the beginning stages of training, and will soon be busy responding to your pending support tickets, which will help to speed up the process. We know they will all do their best and be great additions to the support team.
Over in development, our developers are hard at work fixing the long-standing translation issues that we have been having. Also, a mini-recode of UltimateStacker is currently being worked on to improve the plugins’ performance and address some issues that were reported to us.
Next, the Marketplace Development team has been hard at work improving the website and putting the finishing touches on some new features that will be released once they pass the testing stages that are currently underway.
Lastly, we know that our Lucy the Bunny updates haven’t been sent in a while, but she doing great and getting up to bunny mischief.
