Bot o'clock & $5 Tier

I usually don't post on here; instead I post updates in the #updates chat in my Discord. However this is more significant: **Bot o'clock is no longer open to new users**
The $5 tier should now be hidden as to accept no new Patreons. This is due to Discord's verification program, and Bot o'clock not being suitable for it. This will severely limit the bot and hence we can no longer accept new Patreons.
For people who are already subscribed, this doesn't change anything, except that if you unsubscribe you won't be able to resubscribe, and the bot cannot be added to new servers.
