Merry Christmas!

A lil gift for you all, we are providing a very demo alpha version of the mod. Its playable until red science. May have some bugs, imbalances and such...but its something :)

Enjoy.

I haven't played the alpha but afaik red science is required for turret tech. With these requirements you won't be able to get turrets before you get completely overrun by biters because of all the pollution you will make :D So this surely needs to be looked at.

Thanks, glad you liked it ;)

Welp, finally got red science going. Almost 4 MW in power for red science and LOTS of running around. That's good IMO. Balance seems off ( 5 stoppers to get 1 flask type of thing). I'll wait on feedback on that when you want it. I didn't take it any deeper then unlocking my 1st tech. Was just fun seeing the new machines and where you are taking things. Great work man!!

Ok cool, was going to ask that question as well.

we removed los of stuff to make that demo

Merry Christmas and thanks for the sneak peak into pYAL. Is it expected to be seeing "Unknown Key" for the different pYAL products at this time? Or am I doing something wrong?

If you want more sap, get mk02/mk03/mk04 etc xD Plus improved recipes :D

shall be a mistake :)

Haha, holy moly! I know there wasn't a balancing pass yet, but just for fun, here is the raw material requirement to produce 1 (only 1!) red science: 2.33 wood, 34 coal, 8.33 stone, 13.33 iron plate, 13.33 copper plate, 7.33 glass, 14.66 limestone, 8.33 seaweed, 1.66 moss, 8.33 sap, ~1300 water The iron & copper requirements are especially brutal with PyRO. To produce the seaweed and moss would add another ~400 water requirement. All the stone, iron, copper, sap and most of the seaweed, limestone, water and coal (to produce CO2) requirements are from the latex chain. I'd say that chain worth taking a look at. Latex is also used in rubber, so it'd make that super expensive as well. Maybe we could get 10 latex out of 1 latex-slab, instead of 1? Btw, these type of 1-to-1 recipes (latex-slab > latex) are a great way to build in balancing-points, where you can just change the numbers, and the whole chain can be adjusted. Really well designed. If you'd want to make 1 science/s then to produce 8.33 saps would need 167 sap extractors. So I guess even 0.1 science/s is too ambitious at the beginning. Just a reminder, the red science requirements without alien life: 3.3 wood, 2.7 coal, 6.6 glass, 375 water

Looking good so far. Found one bug: The zogna-bacteria and the retrovirus both have crafting category 'incubator', but none of the buildings have that category, so these can't be produced.
