You can still extract basic resources from them, such meat, brain, guts...But as all invertebrates in that planet, their blood are pretty much special. They use copper as a oxygen carrier instead of iron. Also they are a good alternative source of Vanabins, (where you can extract vanadium via atomizer). Their blood is also good for future research of anti-inflammatory substances that will help your animal production.
Aside the blood importance, their chitin have several uses in advanced materials such as filtration medias, coatings and nano-materials.
