Easter Eggs in 'Caretaken'

Some of the research I've undertaken and put into the story make references to actual things from the Star Trek Universe. Here they are:

PEOPLE

Ensign Culhane- https://memory-alpha.fandom.com/wiki/Culhane - I didn't make this name up!

Crewman Gilmore- https://memory-alpha.fandom.com/wiki/Marla_Gilmore - A crew member from the Equinox

Crewman Anderson- https://memory-alpha.fandom.com/wiki/Lydia_Anderson - More name dropping that John McCartney told me not to do.

Admiral Carter Mitchell - Admiral Carter Mitchell himself is kind of canon, you can see him here - https://memory-alpha.fandom.com/wiki/Carter_Mitchell, but it's the name of the actor who played an Admiral at Project Pathfinder. He was one of the first authentic characters I created for the story.

Admiral Hayes - He is a real Admiral and makes various appearances in Voyager and in Star Trek: First Contact. Profile here - https://memory-alpha.fandom.com/wiki/Hayes_(Male_Admiral)

Admiral Patterson- He's the Admiral from the episode, Relativity - https://memory-alpha.fandom.com/wiki/Patterson

DIALOGUE

Doctor was asked to be the godfather of Miral Paris. This was in the episode Lineage - https://memory-alpha.fandom.com/wiki/Lineage_(episode). In Caretaken he's beside himself after becoming one because he delivered Miral Paris in Endgame.

"We kept a docking bay open for you..." - Admiral Paris said he would do this when Reginald Barclay manged to configure the MIDAS array to transmit the first message to Voyager. Episode - https://memory-alpha.fandom.com/wiki/Pathfinder_(episode)

ON SCREEN

Q with PADD - In Q's last appearance in Voyager, he hands Janeway a PADD as a gift, she says it isn't much, but I assumed she didn't notice immediately that the PADD made a reference to the Borg infested nebula as seen in Endgame.

USS Bonchune- https://memory-alpha.fandom.com/wiki/USS_Bonchune

Chakotay as instructor - Ro Laren mentions in the TNG episode Pre-emptive Strike - https://memory-alpha.fandom.com/wiki/Preemptive_Strike_(episode) - that a tactical instructor quit, it was always supposed to be Chakotay and never brought up in the show, just like his homeworld.

Dorvan V - Is mentioned as being Chakotay's homeworld. The planet was featured in the TNG episode - https://memory-alpha.fandom.com/wiki/Dorvan_V - and mentioned in the background information for Chakotay.

"Hot Dog Stand" - Tom Paris asks Janeway if she's looking for a hot dog stand as they fly over San Fransisco, she replies in broken english because the combination of the 3 words don't make sense in the 24th century. But in the episode Future's End, when the crew land on Earth, the opening shot shows our heroes meeting outside a hot dog stand by the beach.

Real food - Miles O'Brien mentions to Chell at the Delta Dinner his mother hand cooked real food, (so he knows his stuff that Chell is also excited about) this was mentioned in the TNG episode - https://memory-alpha.fandom.com/wiki/The_Wounded_(episode)

OTHER

3 Admirals - This is reference to two things, one Tuvok admonished Janeway at an earlier stage of her career and this begins their friendship. The 3 Admirals in 'Caretaken' are also a reference to the 3 ghosts that visit Ebeneezer Scrooge in A Christmas Carol. Admiral Paris is the ghost from the past, Admiral Mitchell is the present and Admiral Patterson is Janeway's future.
