I've not gone much further in regards to the actual active production, but I have lined up interviews with Akai Takami, and Toshio Okada, but translation for these is going to cost quite a bit,
UNTITLED LETTUCE DOCUMENTARY
I've started researching for it, and have an interview lined up with the leading Ag-history expert on the topic, though I still need to set up a time and a date to talk with her
I'm in the process of making the bookings needed for my time in central California

I'm about to book my flight to Austin, and have a team ready to go to Huston if we get approved, but that's where the trail kind of stops, legally to do this I need representation from a distributor, and I've tried to get in touch with one today, they now follow me on my work twitter, so hopefully that goes well and we have a deal worked out in the not too distant future
Aside from that I don't have too much to update you on, these projects should hopefully come to a head sooner rather than later.
