Trade Prince safety measures

I want to take this moment and thank everyone for their support in the 'Trade Prince' tier. For some reasons I have to close that tier. Nevertheless the other three will stay open and bloodmallet.com will stay alive as well. I just wanted to let you know that the disappearance of that support tier is an intended one.

The future

I'm still planning to allow everyone to create personalized charts. Some steps of that journey are already completed. I'm able to automatically build a box that can run SimulationCraft and bloodytools (the wrapper that creates the data for the charts). That box then send back its simulated result files and saves them in the cloud. Whatever is saved is then available with a unique link for you to share.

Some people already helped within an early alpha testing, which helped iron out some bugs. Everyone present received a special role and I intend to make it worth their time. But simming a lot means cost pile up. And while everything on bloodmallet.com is for free without any ads or tracking, personal charts require money to be created. And that's what's lacking.

What's missing

Everything related to linking Patreon with the new and freshly polished backend ( dev.bloodmallet.com ) is not implemented yet. Without such linking I can't enable people to create charts yet. Whenever that is done (and some other annoying bugs are killed) bloodmallet.com will allow you to create an account, link it to your patreon account, and sim away.

I intend the importer to fully work with personal charts as well. But that's a whole 'nother story.

When

So when will this happen? I want to be open here and tell you, that I sadly don't know. My free time is quite limited for some time already and I don't think this'll change in the next few months.

How to support

As always your kind words are encouraging! You can check out the tiers here on patreon or if you have some programming background or want to start doing something in that direction check out the public repositories of either bloodmallet.com or dev.bloodmallet.com (check the footer on each page).

Thank you for your patience, support, and happy simming to everyone.

Stay healthy
Yours sincerely,
Bloodmallet(EU)

I heard, there will be a content patch next week...and I heard a lot of simming needs to be done? I'm on that!
