Sorry for the slow reply Jason. No, i think 25mm internal would be pushing the limits of what the manufacturer reccomend for a 28mm. On a 32mm you may be ok.

Would you say the Polaris 42 would benefit from a 25mm internal width to smooth out the tire to rim transition a little more?
