Not really fine!

I'm having some problems. My stomach is empty for almost a week because everything I eat, I vomit it, even water. For who follows me from years knows that I have this problem sometimes. But, this time is getting more, dangerous, I guess?
I'm making injections on myself for " eating food ", this is the only way that I can have something inside me. These injections are vitamins and etc, that helps my stomach to don't be burn from stomach acids.
I can risk going to the hospital, which I hope not! But if this continues, I pretty much risk Also, my family is having some money problems, paying to buy these injections, it contributes to the problem more
I wanted to say this because maybe I will not post frequently and to ask if you can maybe help me a bit for the money, so I can help my family to at least buy from myself the injections
I'm currently working on the video so maybe I can recover some money from youtube
I will post this in some hours on Tumblr but I wanted to post it here before
