Gaining Insight: Audio Management, Listening Habits, and Preferences
Added 2021-01-14 19:56:13 +0000 UTCI believe that there is a balance to be struck in open source development between a developer's ability (and right) to keeping a project opinionated, and listening to / engage with feedback from users. If you lean in one way too heavily, you risk alienating your own user base, and if you lean too heavily the other way you risk creating a project that is too complex architecturally, harder to maintain, and more difficult to use.
These polls help me gain insight on how other folks use software, enabling me to have a data-driven yet user-focused approach to development and the software we will be creating together.
While some of these questions are required, many of them are optional and only help to inform me on what to prioritize in the user experience and development. I want to thank you in advance for any feedback you provide regarding them, whether via the poll responses or in the comments. If you think you find a bug / error, please let me know.
