To me the best sounding drums are live drums, sampled, chopped, and slowed down.
Theres a huge difference imo.
I like to stay away from the one shot kits, and instead chop a "drum break"... So much more life in that!
I do use one shots at times also though lol
A dope techniqie is to blend the two, mesh a chopped drum break with some one shots. π₯π₯π₯βπ½β€οΈπ
