As i said before it is an old project with requirements and dependencies and normal install might wont work smoothly.
So to bypass that, the installation for this version is a bit weird but not too much, and it will be needing also Miniconda, next versions will be simpler to install.
Also expect crashes or the swap button grayed-out, if media provided is faulty, can be solved by starting FaceSwap Suite again, those will be solved next update.
The plans for this project:
Fix bugs and event handling and general improvements.
Adding roop, or might replace roop with simswap, and check the updated simsawp version they are still updating.
Adding Codeformer or GFPGAN or both.
Adding basic image generation via auto1111 API.
I will try to release the new version as fast as i can at-least with roop or friendlier version.
It will be released first to Patreons then after a while to public.
Later updates will be slower because of seait, i already added new projects layout and its going trough a lot of refactoring to support more projects also making more easy to use.
And also video cutter image selector "vcis", for lack of better name, its only cuts videos now, will be released soon, it is my own project from scratch so less problem with dependencies only mediapipe.
FaceSwap Suite 0.5.2: Zipped file is 5.6GB and Extracted will about 10GB
