Are we Excited for Card B's Sophomore Album?

I initially wasn't super excited about Cardi B's sophomore album, 'Am I the Drama', for similar reasons I'm no longer excited about a Rihanna album anymore. It has been 7 YEARS mama! I have moved on to bigger and better things *coughs in unfettered anticipation for Bey act iii & Doja Cat's 80's pop album*. I also just genuinely feel that with a wait this long, no matter how good the songs are, nothing will feel worth the wait.

That said, she is just so damn likable I've found myself rooting for her this whole press run. As a fellow circle back sista who has been walked like a dog by many-a-nigga, I am championing her new beginning, new baby, and new era. Now, the new man is a CHOP honey, but we'll talk more about that later. For now I must say I am excited for the music, ready to pop my hips, & become a Bodega Baddie!
