My cat Marusya

Unfortunately, I have some bad news. A year and a half ago, I moved my cat Marusya to St. Petersburg so that highly qualified doctors could treat her. She was on the brink of death, but they managed to save her. They prescribed treatment, and Marusya got better. However, she was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease causing anemia. For almost two years, every month and a half, she would get sick, and I’d take her to the clinic where they saved her. She’s a strong cat, always fighting even when on the edge of death. But at the end of this August, they discovered she also developed diabetes due to her treatment. Marusya started looking like a living corpse. She’s thin, listless, and apathetic; she doesn’t eat or drink. I have to feed and hydrate her with a syringe every day. The number of injections has increased, but it doesn’t seem to matter to her. Before, she’d show her personality and protest when given shots, but now she just lies there like a log. In mid-September, there was a glimmer of hope that she was improving, but in reality, she got even worse. Both I and the doctors are considering one final attempt to save her.
