Added 2024-06-06 03:14:21 +0000 UTCrealised something that i dont think anyone else has noticed about this beat, im pretty sure the synth is sampled from a recording of it playing out of a speaker or something. it has that ig beat snippet quality to it. so, i tried doing the same thing and it sounds very close! pluck isnt quite right of course, but the technique is there (plus i actually got the melody right which everyone seems to have trouble with)
another thing about this beat, the synth and the reese-ish bass (but NOT the 808!) are both pitched down 300 cents. this is common on icedancer, lots of pitch shifted synths
