Future Preproduction Weeks

Hello again, Toonies! I just wanted lay down a game plan for better efficiency. For the next series after Hot For Roommate, I'll definitely need to implement "preproduction weeks" to handle things like new environments, props, new characters, rig upgrades, scripts, etc. Currently I've been doing all that during the animation weeks and it's an unmanageable amount of work.
I'm thinking for the month that has preproduction, it'll be 2 weeks. In those weeks I won't be able to post a clip but I will post updates on what I'm working on with some preview images. So for that month, it'll be 1 clip instead of the usual 2. Preproduction won't happen often. Usually before a new series starts so that I have all my assets ready to go and I can just focus on the animation and rendering.
I'm hoping with these extra two weeks the amount of late nights I have to do will be reduced and the quality of work should go up as well :)
