Yes, I remember this rumor as well from years ago. I can't find the source that mentioned it, and that youtuber Yesterworld went through the most up to date storyboards and those didn't have anything about her clothes tearing. We DO know Katzenburg got some of the film reanimated, much less than he wanted, but still some of it. Maybe it was lewd Eilonwy belly (uhhohh erotic), maybe not.
