Wrong Place Wrong Time 1/4

Quiet evening on the Elgros Space Station. Ellie a Starlink officer walks to the research lab to drop off some papers on a newly discovered planet before heading to her bunk for her sleep shift.

Ellie: *yawn* "It never ceases to surprise me how busy things can get around here."
Ellie rounds the corner and proceeds down the hallway and arrives at the door to the lab.
Ellie: "Research lab. Well I think this is the place."
She opens the door and finds the lights on, room empty, and PC terminal is logged on.
Ellie: "Huh, that’s weird. Hey anybody here."
Fey: "Well, looky here! I wasn’t expecting anyone to come down here this late, but I’m glad you did."
Ellie turns to her right to see where the voice came from. From a closet, a female Mincinno emerges. Fey: Are those documents what I think it is?
Ellie: "Uh, yea, I was asked by some of the scientist up on the observatory to bring it to you since I was on my way."
Fey: "Oh thanks! This will be helpful for our research!" ^_^
Ellie: "So have you guys really been able to discover if there is water on this planet! I’m sorry but I just have to ask!" OwO
Fey: "Uh, well we are pretty certain there is, but more research needs to be done to just to be sure." ^^;
Ellie: "Really! That’s amazing! You gotta show me!"
Fey: "Uh! Maybe some other time. See we researchers are kinda busy and gotta focus. You know!" ^^
Ellie: "Oh ok."
Fey shows Ellie toward the door. As Ellie’s being lead away, she notices the Minccino has an emblem on her shirt. It’s a space pirates emblem. Ellie’s heart skips a beat.
Ellie: "Hey, um just wondering where did you get that shirt."
Fey:"…hmm, oh this, I got it from a market in sector 12."
Ellie: "But that sector is covered by pirates, how did you?"
Ellie turns and sees the Minccino holding a gun, she instinctively slaps it and runs forward away from to gain distance!
Ellie: "GUARDS!" she screams
Ellie draws her blaster and runs for a molding on the side of the hall for cover!
Fey aims and fires at the eevee. The shot hit her in the back.
Ellie: "AHHH!!!" She screams as her back is littered with bullets and her falls to the ground, dropping her gun.
