A Drug Sweeping Through LA is Turning People into Zombies

When I read the headline about a drug turning people into zombies, I thought that a totally different drug, Desomorphine, was behind that epidemic. It's sold illegally in Russia and eastern Europe under the street-name Krokodil, and the average dose is 8-10 times more potent then the same dose of morphine. I'm hoping that drug doesn't come to America, but I won't be surprised if it does since the 2020s already suck.
