When you hire a photo model, she has her poses and expressions well trained on works on an autopiot. It's too sterile. I enjoy shooting girls who has little-to-no experience with professional shooting, but has the looks & energy I'm looking for. I'm glad this authetincity is then trasferred to an udience who can appreciate it! ;-)
