Hi all,

Once again - thank you so much for your support here on Patreon.

Although this is the final week of this Patreon page as it is, this isn’t the end of me sharing Yoga practices and techniques - just a little shift. To be invited into a personal Yoga practice is a privilege and an honour, which is why I am taking time to reshape how I do so.

My aspiration is an online space for live & recorded group practices, workshops, and mini-series. It will be a space for one-on-one sessions that are accessible both physically and financially.

I envision an online community space that will hold all people as equals and empower practitioners to ask questions without judgment while going deeper within.

Molding this space with intention means I've not set a deadline. While I take my time here, please always be welcome to reach me with your questions. I’m available on Discord or by email (below).

I love embracing change. I’ve never been afraid to burn the old to fertilize something new. I’m looking toward the future with bright eyes and big ideas.

In the meantime, join me on Fourthwall. Supporting me on Fourthwall means I can continue to create for others while I build the Yoga space of our dreams. Although the memberships on Fourthwall may evolve & expand over time, they are here to stay.
