TL;DR:
Things I got done this week: I wanted to get all of the programming done this week - that didn't pan out.
Things I want to get done next week: Finishing up the programming side and diving into testing. Getting pretty close to release now, I imagine.

Monday& Tuesday - Days off
Wednesday - Programming: Wrestling with the UI bars, day 1. They were some of the first things I coded on PT and well, as works of maintainable programming, they're bad. Like, really bad. At some point I'm going to do a h-scene UI overhaul and get rid of that technical debt, but now is not the time. The good side is that it makes me realize that I have generally been keeping my technical debt fairly well under control elsewhere. :)
Thursday - Programming: Wrestling with the UI bars, day 2 - I did it!
Friday - Programming: Started on implementing the new h-scene features I wanted to include.
Saturday - I kind of lost a day to insomnia (which is weird, I usually sleep quite well). I did some programming stuff but I knew that anything I write I'm going to have to rewrite the next day. No matter, I'll take one fewer day off next week.
Sunday - Programming: Continued work on implementing the h-scene, including the features that are already used elsewhere in the game.

I also tested positive for covid this week, but I don't seem to have any symptoms. I guess I'll be stuck in my room until 10.02, but otherwise I'm doing fine and this won't affect development.
